The Wheaton Park District constructed a new Maintenance Facility and required a wide range of civil and design engineering services. Comprehensive services provided by DJA included a topographic and boundary survey, plat of subdivision, site design, hydraulic modeling, construction layout and preparation of as-built drawings.
